It figures.

If I had known my boss was going to leave 1 year to the week that I left than maybe, just maybe I would have stayed. I may not have bought a house and moved away from my job and all office jobs. Sometimes I wish I was able to see into the future. It sure would make life easier wouldn't it?

I will have to put this behind me and start focusing again on finding some kind of job near me. That isn't easy, especially in today's job market. I'm going to try hotels next. Maybe I could be a PBX operator. That would be great! I just need something easy and kinda close to home. I've had a long commute my entire life and really don't want to do that again if I don't have to.

Gotta go update my resume.
